Stéphane Gambetta, Director of Development, Strategy and Business for Reed Midem Entertainment, spoke with SportsLatam about the results of the second edition of Esports Bar, held in Miami from September 18 to 20.
The event, which hosted more than 100 leading executives of sports teams, leagues and tournaments, game publishers, brands, advertising agencies and platforms related to television and digital, again fulfilled the promise of its new format to offer guaranteed face-to-face meetings which were pre-programmed according to the interests of the attendees.
"What most celebrate those who have attended any of the two editions we have made is the format of the event and the quality of the participants. Even if we did not get a previous interview, the event is an excellent platform for networking, since there is enough time to share with everyone," said Gambetta.
The executive says that the great secret in addition to the format is the detailed evaluation that Reed Midem makes when selecting each of the attendees. "We carefully select them up, and we know exactly who will attend. We make sure that there is a balanced and interesting variety of ESports industry leaders but also brands and media that ensure interesting encounters for all. "
